Hey guys. I’m sharing with you a healthy chocolate chip blondie recipe that is a healthy dessert idea! this is a vegan, low carb paleo recipe that you will love!

Healthy Chocolate Chip Blondies
3 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp coconut sugar
1/2 cup almond butter (or any nut or seed butter)
1 cup cassava flour
1/2 cup almond flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup df/sf chocolate chips

Drizzle (optional)
3 tbsp almond butter
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp maple syrup

350F for 10-12 minutes.

  1. I need some help… I've tried to make some cashew butter, but my blender is not powerful enough and it turn out like a paste, what can i do to "save" it (some recipe where i can use it like that such some energy ball)

  2. Technically because of your ratios of dry and liquid, this is closer to a cookie dough than a brownie (which you mentioned) which is why the bake time is around that of a cookie rather than a standard brownie. I wonder what would the outcome be if you scooped them in balls and baked? Could be a new cookie recipe, I love this texture you received.
