  2. sa akin sis walang diet hahaha..once a day lang ako kumain pero marami as in busog..yun lang the rest coffee nalang at tea..mahilig ako sa tea..coffee morning..tas walang diet sa lunch kain kahit ano basta busog tapos yun dina kakain hehehe..in fairness pumayat naman ako di naman ako tumaba talaga pero sa edad narin kc yan sis..pag magka edad na tayo mahina na metabolism natin , ikaw bata kapa sis mabilis pa metabolism mo kaya huwag ka mag diet kain ka onwhat u love..but never sweets lang kc mataas carbo ng sweets at fats.
